Beschreibung

• Own the roadmap for a product area within MeridianLink Consumer, from discovery through delivery and iteration • Lead continuous discovery through customer interviews, usage analytics, and collaboration with financial institution partners • Write PRDs and user stories for engineering teams • Drive agile delivery ceremonies and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to team OKRs • Define and monitor product KPIs, using data to inform prioritization and demonstrate business impact • Collaborate with Product Managers across Consumer on product coherence and platform-level decisions • Partner with Engineering, UX, Sales, Customer Success, and Compliance to align stakeholders and unblock delivery • Serve as the product expert for the domain and translate customer needs into requirements • Contribute to team strategy and the broader Consumer product roadmap • Identify opportunities for AI/ML-assisted decisioning, intelligent automation, and API extensibility • Stay current on consumer lending trends, fintech competitive dynamics, and relevant regulatory developments • Champion thoughtful UX and API-first design patterns

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant product management experience • Proven track record owning a product area end-to-end: discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration • Experience managing API-integrated software products with multiple stakeholder groups • Strong command of agile methodologies and modern product discovery practices, including Jobs-to-Be-Done and continuous discovery • Comfortable using data and product analytics tools to drive decisions and measure outcomes • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Deep customer empathy and experience translating user insights into shipped improvements • Consumer lending, loan origination systems, or financial institution software experience strongly preferred • Familiarity with API/integration products preferred • Exposure to AI/ML in product contexts preferred • Experience working with or selling to banks, credit unions, or regulated financial institutions preferred • Working knowledge of TILA, ECOA, fair lending, and CFPB guidance preferred • Must pass MeridianLink’s background check, credit check, and drug test as part of the offer process • Must provide documentation confirming identity and authorization to work in the United States
