Beschreibung

• Provide technical leadership and guidance, set technical vision, and align engineering work with product goals • Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions from conception to launch • Define and own technical strategy and architecture for generative AI capabilities • Drive the roadmap and technical direction for AI-assisted tooling • Design, build, and maintain a knowledge graph connecting Drive, intranet, and Slack into an AI-queryable data layer • Participate in team ceremonies, sprint delivery, and continuous process improvement • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and technical stories • Establish agile development practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers • Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions • Drive technical design discussions and contribute to system architecture • Conduct code reviews • Establish knowledge-management standards and maintain comprehensive documentation • Identify technology improvements and innovation opportunities • Identify and mitigate technical risks to support timely delivery

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of professional software development experience • Strong technical leadership and ability to set technical vision • Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle • Experience building LLM/GenAI applications, including prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows • Experience with GCP Vertex AI is ideal • Experience with Slack app development or workflow automation, including Slack API, Bolt SDK, and Workflow Builder • Experience with API and webhooks integration • Experience building and maintaining knowledge graphs or structured data layers for AI/ML retrieval systems • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills • Ability to mentor and guide engineers • Understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and system scalability • Proficiency designing and developing scalable, maintainable software solutions iteratively • Knowledge of agile development practices, coding standards, and testing methodologies • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and related technologies • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • Proven experience leading delivery of complex software solutions in an agile environment • Proficiency in one or more of Java, Python, JavaScript, or Go • Experience with AI/ML or LLM-based application development • Experience with workflow-automation platforms • Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies • Authorization to work in the US
