Beschreibung

• Intake, review, and setup of residential and commercial title insurance transactions • Serve as liaison between external clients, internal sales and operations teams, and the Orders/Vendor Management team • Monitor shared inboxes or order intake queues for new title requests • Review contracts, loan documents, property information, and other real estate documentation • Identify discrepancies and escalate urgent, incomplete, or complex order requests • Enter order data into the title production system following established procedures and standards • Upload and organize supporting real estate documents • Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve missing or conflicting information • Monitor new order pipelines and resolve delays, issues, or data discrepancies

🎯 Anforderungen

• English language fluency required • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to manage a steady volume of email-based requests • Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a deadline-driven environment • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the real estate or title industry • Knowledge of SoftPro Select is a plus • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form • Reliable, accountable, and able to complete work accurately within established timelines • Professional customer-service mindset when communicating with clients and internal teams • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
