• Transition your existing book of business to a more efficient, higher-payout platform • Maintain full ownership and control of client relationships • Deliver comprehensive wealth management advice aligned to your clients’ needs • Collaborate with other senior advisors and firm leadership • Participate in firm growth initiatives, mentorship, and leadership opportunities (optional, not required)

🎯 Anforderungen

• Financial / Wealth Advisors with a transferable book of business • Wirehouse or bank advisors currently earning ~25–35% • Independent advisors burdened by inefficiencies and lack of opportunity • Those with strong client retention and an extensive relationship management track record • Advisors motivated by better economics, autonomy, and long-term upside • Collaborative professionals who value flexibility and ownership • High-level professionals with experience in custodian platforms LPL and/or Schwab.
