Beschreibung

• Conduct sustained, high-volume outbound calls to new clinics across the U.S., primarily in Texas, North Carolina, and Georgia • Introduce services and build initial rapport with clinic staff • Follow approved call scripts precisely, particularly regarding clinical claims and services • Document call outcomes and next steps accurately in the CRM • Follow up with interested clinics • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and qualified conversations • Collaborate with the sales team to improve scripts and outreach strategies based on call outcomes • Participate in call quality and QA reviews

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven outbound dialing/cold-calling experience, ideally in a call center or BPO environment • Ability to provide measurable performance metrics, such as daily dial volume and conversion rates • C1/C2-level English with clear spoken communication for U.S.-based clinic staff • Comfort handling sustained high call volumes and frequent rejection • Strong ability to follow scripts accurately and consistently • Experience using CRM tools to track and document outreach • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision • Healthcare, mental health, or telehealth outreach experience is preferred but not required • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel is a plus • Experience in environments where calls are recorded and reviewed for QA is a plus
