Beschreibung

• Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with Falcon's AI-powered detection and response capabilities • Assist customers in optimizing AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows • Configure and tune machine learning algorithms to reduce false positives while maintaining high detection efficacy • Develop and implement AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations • Troubleshoot AI-related customer issues across small to large enterprises • Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs to enhance AI capabilities • Work closely with customers to interpret AI-generated alerts and findings • Leverage CrowdStrike's AI capabilities to enhance vulnerability prioritization and asset management • Assist customers with integrating Falcon's AI capabilities into their existing security tools and workflows • Support Incident Response teams with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis • Develop and lead AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team • Work collaboratively with the Platform Professional Services team to develop customer-facing AI collateral • Plan, deploy, implement, optimize, and provide operational support for CrowdStrike's AI capabilities • Travel up to 5% of the time

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8 years experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in cybersecurity applications • Strong understanding of software deployment technologies • Very knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms • Experience with AI-powered security tools and platforms • Knowledge of data science principles and their application to security operations • Experience with security automation and orchestration platforms • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Strong experience presenting technical AI content to various audiences • Strong experience in computer and network systems security • Solid analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems • Ability to manage work and prioritize customer projects • Experience mentoring team members • Some experience leading a team to complete projects • High level of motivation; self-starter; results driven • Potential for travel and assignment work • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes • Preferred experience with Falcon platform, AV, and EDR solutions • Preferred experience with machine learning models, natural language processing, anomaly detection, and writing prompts • Preferred Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and model development • Experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems • Experience with SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, IBM BigFix, Puppet, Chef, Citrix, PDQ, or PsExec • Experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Batch • Experience with host-based firewall, File Integrity Management, Data Protection, Vulnerability Management, Attack Surface Management, and IT Automation technologies • Knowledge of CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, and HIPPA compliance • Experience with SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk, or LogScale • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and SSO • Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP • May be required to periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug tests during employment
