Beschreibung

• Acts as the point of contact for clients during DISCO Managed Review projects. • Manages teams of reviewers and provides necessary feedback and guidance to ensure speed and accuracy. • Manages multiple fast-moving projects at a given time. • Structures review workflows, including QC workflows, based on the needs of individual review projects. • Guides the team and trains junior colleagues to foster a collaborative team environment. • Creates and refines DISCO standard documentation, including review protocols, status reports, training guides and review workflows; contributes to department initiatives. • Works closely with clients to understand how cutting-edge tech is applied to document review to achieve exceptional review results.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Juris Doctor, please note you must maintain an active law license and be in good standing with the bar association of the jurisdiction in which you reside • 4+ years of document review management experience at an eDiscovery / managed review or alternative legal services provider, in-house e-discovery review function, or consulting firm. • Strong understanding of AI capabilities and applications • Skilled at the use of at least one industry-leading review platform, like DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw, Axcelerate, etc. • Adapt work schedule to support global client engagements in various time zones.
