Beschreibung

• Perform Project Controls Services including capital planning and project governance • Participate in the delivery of portfolios and project delivery • Support development of clients' capital plan by providing cashflow and accrual information • Facilitate funding process and consolidate information into funding request documents • Work closely with clients to set up project systems • Enable effective governance by providing relevant information including reports • Assist in the smooth operation of the construction technology • Review and analyze schedule development and progression • Identify and develop risk mitigation plans • Ensure effective closure of projects including completion of financial activities • Provide feedback for process improvements

🎯 Anforderungen

• Prior data center construction experience • Demonstrated technical competency in project controls service offering • Understand how your role contributes to the organization's goals • Deliver quality work product by role modeling organizational core values • Hold self accountable to individual and team goals • Consistently communicate and collaborate with team members and clients • Build relationships with peers, leaders, and clients • Proactively participate in self-development • Proficient in Cost Estimating for construction projects • Provide pricing expertise in various phases of construction work • Strong research skills and ability to allocate the relevant data • Ability to effectively integrate with other departments • Ability to quickly analyze, compare, and interpret complex information • Understanding of construction technology, economics, local requirements, and construction law • Strong communication skills
