Beschreibung

• Support the installation of new and renewal business sales • Manage tasks from post-sale through active-client servicing • Complete set-up milestones • Support group and broker escalations throughout the year • Escalate and close group and member concerns and issues brought via brokers or groups • Track and trend concerns and issues • Support Account Executives throughout the implementation process • Gather new-client implementation requirements through discovery • Keep all parties updated on implementation status and align next-check-in actions with onboarding success • Ensure group documents are completed accurately and received timely • Support enrollment meetings virtually and on site as a backup to the Account Executive when needed • Update group and broker information in company client management systems • Provide enrollment, eligibility, and contracting support as needed • Serve as a subject matter expert for Curative Health Plan benefits and implementation processes • Develop proficiency in ENav enrollment platform and EDI enrollments • Nurture long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • Knowledge of state-specific Health Plan Benefits • Detail-oriented with experience with CRM systems • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe • Fluent in spoken and written English • Spanish bilingual preferred but not required • 3 years’ experience in Health Plan Sales, Benefit Counselling, or Account Management • Excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills • Password-protected, stable high-speed internet access • Quiet, distraction-free place to work from home • Secure and private work location to maintain HIPAA compliance
