Beschreibung

• Lead Business Analytics Discovery sessions • Support the solution architect with data model exercises and integration work • Define, design, develop, and deliver analytics dashboards for a client’s real estate program using C&W’s BI Platform • Capture and document project goals, objectives, success criteria, and business requirements • Understand end-to-end business process flows, applications, and data definitions • Manage executive stakeholder commitments for KPIs and data reporting needs • Own and execute the data governance program while participating in data security • Generate one-off reports for special requests • Drive process improvements and recommend best practices on the business platform • Troubleshoot data-related issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams • Analyze data through data mining and data auditing to provide actionable insights and contribute to data strategy • Develop and track key metrics to identify improvement opportunities, patterns, and correlations in complex datasets • Maintain C&W Analytics consulting, implementation, and demonstration capabilities • Contribute best practices, lessons learned, concepts, and solution documents to the CBS Analytics knowledgebase • Leverage client applications for demonstrations, data modeling, and process development with the client implementation team • Provide product roadmap input to improve alignment between client applications and business service delivery • Participate in weekly analytics discussions supporting the agile product process and maturing accounts • Mentor new team members and team members transitioning into TPM roles • Manage the product knowledge base, analytics playbook, and data diagrams • Present and participate in Quarterly Business Review Meetings

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Industry Designation • 7+ years of experience in analyzing building equipment maintenance plans and strategy • 7+ years of experience in analyzing building equipment performance and health • 5+ years of experience with Power BI or equivalent tool/experience • Similar combination of education and experience accepted • BA in Computer Science or Information Systems • Minimum 7 years of functional/technical experience with business intelligence tools and data dashboards • Understanding of building systems and associated equipment, such as HVAC and FLS • Experience with asset lifecycle planning • Experience working with cross-functional teams at various levels • Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology development • Problem resolution and analytical skills with attention to detail • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt quickly to change with minimal supervision • Excellent customer service skills • Strong business acumen • Strong listening, interpersonal, facilitation, written, oral, and communication skills • Ability to work with external vendors to resolve issues and manage project initiatives • Experience working with cross-functional, dispersed teams • Demonstrated Business Analyst work with large-scale applications, potentially including CRM and ERP solutions, preferred • High level of critical thinking and judgment • Ability to take charge with minimal information • Ability to engage clients for sales or solutions with limited knowledge • Ability to determine how to handle out-of-scope or unsuitable client requests • Ability to communicate complex problems to non-technical resources
