Beschreibung

• Support internal and external customers who install, repair, and maintain heating and air-conditioning systems • Provide technical support to dealers and contractors to resolve technical issues • Conduct early warning, proactive field intelligence, technical support, and reliability investigations • Gather the voice of the customer and monitor for early signs of quality issues through job site visits • Address customer complaints • Validate product installations against installation/operation requirements and assess their clarity • Provide feedback to Corporate on field or building code application changes • Support field communications, RMAs, and service bulletins • Conduct closed-loop reviews of RMA analysis with distributors • Verify understanding of service bulletins and feedback on corrective actions • Conduct installation and technical support training for targeted dealers • Produce training materials and conduct installation and service training sessions • Ensure high-quality, cost-efficient, and on-time internal and external service operations • Ensure the availability and quality of customer communications • Manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision • Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals • Perform additional projects and duties supporting ongoing business needs • Report to the Manager, Divisional Tech Services

🎯 Anforderungen

• Advanced knowledge of the job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience • Strong HVAC technical knowledge • Operating systems, mechanical, and electrical ability • Excellent customer service, relationship management, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • HVAC technical acumen • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills • Ability to apply good judgment, strong work ethic, and integrity • Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-moving environment • 5+ years in field service and repair • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • HVAC training/certification required • Ability to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% • Must be legally authorized for employment in the United States • Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future
