Beschreibung

• Define and execute a 3 to 5-year portfolio strategy and product roadmap for clinical flow cytometry routine IVD assays • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including opportunity identification, market assessment, business case development, product development support, launch planning, portfolio optimization, and lifecycle management • Translate customer, market, and application insights into product and commercial strategies • Define product requirements, value propositions, and go-to-market plans • Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the development process • Partner with software, hardware, and solution product managers to develop integrated workflow solutions • Work closely with Product Marketing and Commercial Marketing to maximize portfolio performance and ensure successful product launches • Generate market intelligence and strategic insights through competitive analysis, customer engagement, and assessment of external partnership opportunities • Inform portfolio investment decisions and accelerate growth

🎯 Anforderungen

• PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, or a related life sciences discipline preferred; candidates with a Master's degree and substantial relevant industry experience will also be considered • 3+ years experience in product management, portfolio strategy, marketing or business development in the IVD, Life Sciences or medical device industry • Strong understanding of clinical flow cytometry workflows and applications • Ability to engage in technical discussions with R&D teams, key opinion leaders, and end users • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across geographies and functions • Proven success influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority • Effective communication with technical, commercial, and senior leadership stakeholders in a matrixed organization • Strategic, agile, and results-oriented mindset • Ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience developing and managing external partnerships is a plus • MBA degree is a plus
