Beschreibung

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers and prospects • Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies • Translate enterprise customer requirements into scalable, performant, and maintainable Dash0 implementations • Develop and execute Proofs of Concept highlighting Dash0's technical capabilities • Deliver technical demos and presentations for engineering and executive audiences • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle • Provide architecture guidance and best practices for observability setup, telemetry data modeling, and OpenTelemetry collector design • Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates • Partner with Product Management to provide technical insights influencing roadmap and feature priorities • Work across both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales

🎯 Anforderungen

• Deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing • Hands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization • Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex observability concepts to engineers and executive decision-makers • Ability to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and Proofs of Concept that prove business value • Ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams • English fluency • Nice to have: experience with HubSpot CRM • Nice to have: technical content contributions such as blog posts, conference talks, or open-source documentation • Nice to have: familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem and community • Nice to have: experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
