Beschreibung

• Training Delivery - Delivers informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective. • Prepares for training delivery • Delivers training using various learning methodologies • Encourages participation and builds learner motivation • Delivers constructive feedback, escalating issues to leadership as needed • Observes and coaches other educators and adjunct trainers to ensure learning outcomes • Manage Learning Programs & Evaluate Learning Impact - Prioritizes and implements training projects and activities & uses learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact. • Manages and implements projects and action plans • Coordinates with leadership, program sponsors and other resources • Identifies and manages customer expectations • Analyzes and interprets evaluation data • Makes recommendations to aid decision-making around curriculum • Creates and maintains the Curriculum Plan • Instructional Design - Designs and develops informal and formal learning solutions using a variety of methods • Conducts needs assessments • Applies learning theory & identifies appropriate learning approach collaborating with design team • Designs and develops instructional material • Coordinate Training/Onboarding Activities • Assists with onboarding of new teammates and adjunct trainers • Reviews new hire lists and coordinates onboarding and learning advisor activities • Updates reporting dashboards, calendars, new hire lists and teammate trackers for their respective areas of responsibility • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Education, or related area – Preferred • Healthcare industry experience – Preferred • Demonstrated experience using adult learning theory and methodologies to design and deliver training – Required • Highly effective facilitator/trainer – Required • Effective planning and time management skills – Required • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook – Required • Independent problem solving and decision making skills along with the ability to exercise sound judgment – Required • Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint – Required • Excellent interpersonal skills – Required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Required
