Beschreibung

• Support the development and delivery of clinical projects and programs to improve patient outcomes and further organizational goals • Collaborate with OCMO and other Village-wide teams to evaluate clinical performance and determine appropriate clinical programs • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new medications and medication protocols Village-wide • Monitor progress and evaluate performance against defined success metrics • Support achievement of Pharma Ops objectives • Analyze data and provide insights to support decision making • Interface with OCMO, Physician Experience, Physician Education, Patient Education, Patient Experience, Clinical Education, Clinical Analytics, Home, IKC, Field, IT, CWOW, CMT, Compliance, Legal, and P&P committee teams as appropriate • Organize follow-up, documentation, and tracking to identify risks and opportunities • Manage and coordinate initiatives from idea generation through implementation • Design and develop clinical programs and initiatives • Develop training, communication, and field and physician communication materials • Support pilot facilities with training, communication, tracking, and follow-up • Review and evaluate pilot results • Facilitate Village-wide implementation • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• A minimum of two years of project management and/or project implementation experience is preferred • Experience or degree in a healthcare related field strongly preferred • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate via influence • Personal values in line with DaVita's values of Service Excellence, Integrity, Team, Continuous Improvement, Accountability, Fulfillment & Fun • Comfortable putting together storylines in PowerPoint • Ability to synthesize and convey research/analyses to senior management • Ability to drive multiple work lanes, prioritize, and manage programs • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, think creatively, generate and test hypotheses • High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Bachelor's degree required • Desire to be part of a fun and hard-working team • Dedication to caring for patients suffering from chronic kidney failure across the nation • No direct reports
