Beschreibung

• Manage day-to-day US relocation cases in partnership with the Relocation Management Company (RMC), supporting domestic and permanent moves across the Americas • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees throughout the relocation process • Explain complex relocation scenarios involving tax, immigration, payroll, and other mobility considerations • Partner with immigration law firms to support the full immigration case lifecycle for foreign national employees • Advise HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers on mobility policies, available options, and appropriate solutions • Collaborate with global and local vendors to monitor service delivery, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations • Support relocation-related activities involving home sales, home purchases, and other residential real estate transactions • Identify opportunities to improve mobility processes, resolve challenges independently within established guidelines, and contribute to special projects as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Global Mobility experience, with a focus on the Americas • In-depth knowledge of mobility processes, including taxation, immigration, payroll, home sales, and home purchases across the Americas • Familiarity with the US residential real estate purchase process • Experience with Buyer Value Option (BVO) transactions is a plus • Experience managing employee relocation cases and partnering with relocation management companies, immigration firms, and other service providers • Strong customer service skills, emotional intelligence, and empathy when handling sensitive employee situations
