Beschreibung

• Develop a practical social media plan and maintain an organized content calendar • Research services, customers, industry developments, and competitors and create useful, accurate posts • Write original English captions and post copy in the brand voice • Adapt messages and formats for each social media platform • Prepare briefs for the Graphic Designer and coordinate assets and approvals • Schedule or publish completed posts • Check copy, links, tags, formatting, and visuals before publishing and review posts after publication • Respond to comments and messages during agreed working hours • Start relevant discussions and build relationships with clients, prospects, linguists, and industry communities • Monitor brand mentions and moderate conversations professionally • Route sales inquiries, service questions, and sensitive issues to the appropriate team • Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads • Track engagement, reach, website traffic, and qualified inquiries • Share a concise weekly report with results, lessons, and next actions • Own content calendar, copy, publishing, account management, and community engagement • Collaborate with the marketing team and coordinate delivery with the Graphic Designer

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience managing social media accounts and engaging an online community, supported by examples of your own work • Strong English writing, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate warmly and professionally • Understanding of B2B marketing and how useful content builds trust and supports business inquiries • Confidence with content calendars, scheduling tools, platform analytics, and adapting posts for different audiences • Curiosity about languages, cultures, translation, interpreting, and localization; willingness to learn is essential • Reliable organization, initiative, and follow-through in a remote team • Full-time availability and agreed overlap with US Eastern Time • Submit links to two or three accounts or posts personally managed, including contribution, target audience, results, and time period • Include time zone, working-hour availability, earliest start date, and monthly compensation expectation in USD • Individual applicants must be prepared to personally perform the work and disclose commitments that could affect full-time availability
