Beschreibung

• Anticipate issues before release by studying features, customers, and surrounding workflows • Build and maintain an agentic QA system using AI agents for regression testing, feature exploration, customer-flow checks, and automated risk flagging • Learn how fund managers, LPs, and internal teams use Decile Hub and Start Fund • Read support tickets and shadow onboarding calls to turn customer confusion into test cases • Own onboarding and login flows, including invitations, login, verification, documents, and capital calls • Write test plans and maintain regression suites • Track and triage bugs and run release checks • Maintain organized QA documentation showing what was tested and what is at risk • Partner with engineering, product, and customer success teams • Escalate breakages and risks early and clearly

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must live and work within a few time zones of Pacific (California) time • Must be actively building with AI agents, not just using chat tools • Must be able to own quality end to end without waiting for instructions • Must be willing to engage with customers through calls, tickets, and onboarding sessions and turn learnings into tests • 5+ years in QA, test engineering, or a related role on a SaaS product • Hands-on experience building with AI agents and automation tools • Track record of catching issues before release • Experience with test automation for web applications • Strong organization with test plans, bug tracking, and release checklists • Clear written communication for actionable, reproducible bug reports • Customer empathy • Experience with venture capital, fund administration, or financial compliance workflows is a plus • Experience with Ruby on Rails applications is a plus • Experience testing onboarding, identity verification, or payment flows is a plus
