Beschreibung

• Manage automation, BMS, and energy controls scopes for hyperscale data center projects from design development through construction, commissioning, and handover • Act as the owner’s representative and primary liaison among owners, designers, system integrators, general contractors, and commissioning teams • Oversee integration of automation, BMS, electrical, mechanical, and IT systems • Develop, track, and report schedules, budgets, and forecasts • Review control strategies, sequences of operations, system architectures, and technical specifications • Support technical review of submittals and procurement plans for long-lead equipment • Identify automation- and energy-related risks and lead mitigation strategies • Manage and expedite submittals, RFIs, and field changes • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations • Support commissioning and turnover activities • Ensure deliverables comply with applicable codes, owner standards, and quality management practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• 12+ years of professional experience managing automation, BMS, or controls scopes on mission-critical or large-scale industrial projects • Demonstrated experience supporting hyperscale data center projects or similar mission-critical facilities • Proven ability to act as an owner’s representative in a client-facing, consulting environment • Strong experience with project scheduling, cost control, and risk management for complex technical systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior client and executive stakeholders • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project or construction management platforms • Current US work permit required • Employment sponsorship is not offered • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline (preferred) • PMP certification (preferred) • Direct experience with hyperscale data center clients or operators (preferred) • Familiarity with leading BMS and automation platforms such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls (preferred) • Experience supporting commissioning and integrated systems testing (IST) for mission-critical facilities (preferred) • Experience with Design-Build or fast-track delivery models (preferred) • LEED AP or other sustainability-related certifications (preferred)
