Beschreibung

• Architect & build backend systems • You'll design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs that handle large-scale transactions and real-time data • Optimize performance & scalability • You’ll push the limits of our system’s throughput and efficiency, ensuring seamless operation at scale • Enhance security & reliability • You’ll implement best practices for secure, fault-tolerant, and highly available distributed systems • Cross-company collaboration • You’ll collaborate with front-end engineers, designers, and stakeholders across the company to deliver a fully integrated user experience • Contribute to code reviews • You'll play a critical role in maintaining the high quality of our codebase by providing feedback and suggestions on others' work during code review sessions • Participate in research & innovation • You’ll stay at the forefront of blockchain-based trading technologies, exploring new solutions to improve our platform • Interface with Customers • You’ll communicate directly with customers, providing support and gathering feedback.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience in backend development • Experience architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact and high usage • Master-level proficiency in systems programming languages like Golang, Rust, or C++ • Strong knowledge of database systems and internals (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • (Plus) Blockchain-specific backend experience (e.g., working on BFT consensus engines, event indexing systems, libp2p) • (Plus) Experience with Ethereum roll-up technologies (e.g., Arbitrum Nova, Optimism) • (Plus) Open source contributor • (Plus) Active participant on ethresear.ch
