Beschreibung

• Provide consulting, training, support, and subject matter expertise for ERP software. • Determine work requirements associated with new implementations and post implementation projects. • Deliver project tasks in a timely manner and within the client's budget. • Analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients. • Provide pre-go live consulting and go-live support to fulfill project plan objectives. • Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements. • Understanding of manufacturing business processes and devising methods to implement them within Infor CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine ERP software. • Provide end user training and business procedure documentation in one-on-one and group settings. • Build ongoing relationships with clients and become their trusted advisor. • Ability to recognize and notify management of any issues affecting the client business relationship. • Learn DRI and third-party products alongside Infor CloudSuite Industrial. • Completes any additional assignments as requested by management.

🎯 Anforderungen

• CSI / SyteLine experience is required. • Ability to travel on average 25% to 35%. • Must have full-life cycle implementation experience with Infor's CloudSuite Industrial SyteLine. • Background in Manufacturing Accounting & Finance. • Entrepreneurial, self-starter able to work in a multi-faceted and fast-paced environment with critical deadlines. • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident. • MBA, CMA, CPA, and PMP certification(s) are desirable.
