Beschreibung

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with mission and user needs • Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and user story refinement • Develop clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature descriptions • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, UX, QA, security, and operations teams • Manage product lifecycles from concept through delivery and iterative improvement • Analyze user feedback, operational metrics, and mission needs to adjust product priorities • Ensure product decisions are data-driven and aligned with enterprise objectives • Support release planning, roadmap presentations, and executive-level product briefings • Maintain product documentation, decision logs, and feature tracking artifacts • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across product teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must hold an active Secret clearance, supported by a Tier 3 background investigation • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, software development leadership, or Agile delivery roles • Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and user-focused features • Experience working with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams • Experience collaborating with technical teams to translate user needs into actionable stories • Strong understanding of Agile product delivery, backlog management, and sprint planning • Knowledge of software development processes, technical requirements, and system dependencies • Familiarity with ITIL practices and their alignment with product operations • Understanding of user experience considerations and mission-driven feature prioritization • ITIL v4 Foundation certification required • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification required • Experience supporting product management in federal or enterprise environments preferred • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms preferred • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making frameworks for product prioritization preferred • PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred • Additional product management or Agile leadership certifications preferred • Strong communication and facilitation skills with technical and non-technical audiences • Excellent analytical and prioritization abilities • Ability to drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to lead product direction in a fast-paced mission environment
