Beschreibung

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the workflow builder, trigger logic, and action framework • Drive the orchestration roadmap and ensure flexibility, reliability, and usability • Define how the orchestration engine integrates with Salesforce, Marketo, Slack, and other third-party ecosystems • Ensure complex, multi-step Plays execute across distributed systems • Identify orchestration friction points and solve them using Demandbase AI • Define orchestration support for Model Context Protocol standards and safe AI-agent workflow triggering • Partner with Principal Engineering to scale the platform for billions of signals and low-latency real-time alerts • Lead a high-impact team building logic, triggers, and workflows connecting account intelligence to execution • Increase the complexity and volume of automated Plays • Reduce effort required to add third-party actions • Measure user time savings from AI-assisted orchestration logic

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years in Product Management • 3–4 years specifically focused on Orchestration, Workflow Automation, or Integration Platforms • Experience with workflow automation, orchestration, integration platforms, rule engines, CRM automation, or marketing automation products • Deep understanding of If-This-Then-That logic, Boolean filters, and complex state machines • Understanding of race conditions, retries, and error handling in automated systems • Comfort discussing API design, webhooks, and distributed event processing with Principal Engineers • Understanding of data flows through a modern enterprise stack • Understanding of LLM fundamentals and agentic frameworks • Systems-builder approach prioritizing reliability and human-in-the-loop controls • Understanding of Sales Ops or Marketing Ops needs, including transparency and predictability in automation • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States • Must disclose current citizenship/work/visa status • Must complete a required written response describing a personally owned workflow, orchestration, automation, or integration product in 150–250 words
