Beschreibung

• Assist with creation, communication, and management of purchase orders and payments, providing guidance to improve operating procedures • Review contracts and agreements, submitting them for electronic signatures • Receive and review domestic and international invoices for proper approval, compliance, and tax treatment • Post approved invoices in USD and foreign currencies into Oracle, maintaining accurate records • Investigate and resolve issues related to invoice and purchase order processing • Respond to internal and external inquiries concerning account status and resolve discrepancies • Manage month-end closing processes for multiple companies, balancing reports and resolving errors • Act as a liaison between brand business partners and matrix shared services

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or economics • At least three years of experience in general accounting, financial analysis, or business administration • Prior experience in Consumer Products or Retail industry a plus • Excellent communication, time management, follow-up, and writing skills • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with high integrity and dependability • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to interface with brand leadership, accounting, finance, marketing, and global teams • Strong analytical skills, excellent Excel skills, and familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP software • Motivated self-starter who works independently and collaboratively
