Beschreibung

• Help save lives, prevent serious injuries, protect environmental resources, and strengthen client safety cultures • Lead initiatives to improve Health and Safety performance through expert consulting • Develop services that meet evolving client needs • Identify safety consulting opportunities and design solutions • Support clients in achieving safety compliance and excellence • Provide day-to-day leadership and management of DEKRA’s proprietary Safety products and services • Serve as a subject matter expert in Health and Safety regulations, standards, and industry best practices • Provide guidance on OSHA, DOT Hazmat, ANSI, FDA, USDA, EPA, and related compliance requirements • Apply behavior-based safety, human performance, job safety analysis, risk assessment, contractor safety, LOTO, confined-space, fall-protection, industrial hygiene, and safety training practices • Conduct safety culture assessments, safety metrics analysis, leadership coaching, root cause analysis, ISO 45001 implementation, auditing, gap assessments, and EHS due diligence • Provide exceptional customer service using DEKRA Safety solutions and EHS systems • Assess, audit, and inspect client systems and operations; recommend corrective actions and improvements • Prepare and deliver findings and recommendations reports to client safety and leadership teams • Advise clients on best practices and tools for continuous improvement • Provide project management and sales support; contribute to business development initiatives • Create proposals, brochures, web content, and cost estimates to support marketing efforts • Represent DEKRA at conferences and events through thought leadership and presentations • Develop and apply AI-enabled consulting approaches to enhance EHS program effectiveness and client value • Report to the HSE Consulting Manager

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in EHS or a technical discipline • 10+ years of EHS experience in consulting, industry, or regulatory settings with demonstrated program leadership • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred • Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) is a plus • Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities • Excellent verbal and written communication • Demonstrated client relationship management skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all organizational levels • Experience with organizational improvement initiatives, such as safety and quality • Strong facilitation and presentation skills • Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects • Experience with organizational initiatives in safety, quality methods, or other organizational change processes • Excellent workshop facilitation, training, and presentation skills • Ability to work in varied client locations and environments, including indoors, outdoors, and on uneven terrain • Must be able to work variable shifts as required by client operations • Ability to travel extensively, including prolonged driving and air travel • Capable of lifting 25–50 lbs (luggage) • Ability to perform extended periods of computer work and standing • Domestic travel required, estimated up to 50% • Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
