Beschreibung

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Eastern Europe, identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities across established and emerging markets • Drive revenue and market share growth within the bladder and bowel management segment • Manage and develop a network of distributor partners across multiple countries • Conduct regular business reviews, monitor performance, and implement improvement initiatives • Support and coach distributor sales teams to achieve commercial objectives • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distribution partners • Establish strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, Ministries of Health, payer organizations, and other key stakeholders • Organize educational events, workshops, webinars, and stakeholder engagement activities • Represent Wellspect at industry congresses and professional meetings • Monitor market trends, competitive developments, healthcare reforms, reimbursement environments, and regulatory changes • Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making • Assess risks and opportunities within the region and develop mitigation plans where required • Work closely with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Medical, and Supply Chain teams • Ensure local market needs are reflected in global strategies and product plans • Contribute to international business discussions and strategic initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• University degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related discipline • Minimum 5 years of experience in MedTech, medical devices, healthcare, or a related commercial environment • Proven success managing distributor-led markets and driving profitable growth • Strong understanding of Eastern European healthcare systems, reimbursement structures, and market dynamics • Experience working across multiple countries and cultures • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills • Fluent English; Polish and additional Eastern European languages are considered an advantage • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region • Eligibility to work in Poland
