Beschreibung

• Drive a culture of excellence in service delivery and address customer concerns • Lead implementation of division strategic initiatives and participate in R&D projects • Direct inventory processes and identify supply cost-control measures • Optimize service processes and workflows while meeting customer SLAs • Manage personnel, equipment, supplies, budgets, and cost-control measures • Maintain communication within the team, with other departments, and with customers • Establish and enforce quality standards • Support technician development and resolve operational issues • Ensure coverage for vacations and emergency or unplanned assignments • Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities • Lead, mentor, coach, evaluate, train, interview, hire, and onboard key service technicians • Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate tools, equipment, and fleet support • Partner with Sales on large-scale opportunities and build customer and prospect relationships • Drive results through sales and negotiation • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of proven leadership/influence experience in a mobile environment with geographically dispersed employees • Ability to manage, forecast, and coordinate key technician resources to maintain production • Proficient in key duplication, key cloning, and programming processes • Full knowledge of key types and key parts • Ability to manage conflict resolution with customer operations managers • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Up to 70% travel throughout the assigned division may be required • Ability to continuously view and input data into a computer • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally • Frequent walking, standing, lifting, bending, and squatting • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
