Beschreibung

• Provide day-to-day administrative support, user management, and access control for NetSuite and other core finance applications (Tipalti, Cube, Kyriba) • Manage the design, testing, implementation, maintenance, and configuration of the NetSuite system • Partner with Finance to ensure all systems, processes, and controls align with Model Audit Rule (MAR) and internal policies and procedures • Demonstrate experience in project management by owning process improvements from start-to-finish • Review and implement new NetSuite functionality and bi-annual updates to optimize system performance • Act as the primary support to resolve system errors, data discrepancies, and workflow bottlenecks • Identify system integration opportunities across NetSuite, third-party finance apps, Workday, and our proprietary Orinoco platform • Perform routine data audits, execute complex queries, and build custom dashboards/reports to provide actionable business insights • Serve as a technical interface between Finance, IT, external vendors, and broader business units

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, ideally within a regulated environment (SOX/MAR) • Strong background in lifecycle project management, with a proven track record of owning process improvements from initial requirements gathering down to deployment and documentation • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, balanced with a clear understanding of when to escalate issues and communicate up to leadership • Deep, hands-on knowledge of core NetSuite functionality (security, roles/permissions, business processes, reporting) • Analytical and process-oriented with a proven ability to balance routine administrative tasks with long-term project deadlines and strict compliance requirements. • Technical or administrative familiarity with Tipalti, Cube, or Kyriba is a plus. • Ability to read and troubleshoot SuiteScript (writing code is a plus, but not required).
