Beschreibung

• Perform Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) on a wide range of electrical equipment • Visually inspect appliances for damage, wear, or safety issues • Accurately test equipment using approved testing instruments • Label tested equipment and record results clearly and correctly • Complete test reports and certification in line with company and legal requirements • Identify and report failed or unsafe equipment to clients • Maintain testing equipment and ensure calibration is up to date • Adhere to health and safety procedures • Provide professional and courteous service to clients • Carry out testing across a range of client sites

🎯 Anforderungen

• PAT Testing qualification (e.g. City & Guilds 2377 or equivalent) • Good understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively • Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping • Good communication and customer service skills • Basic IT skills for reporting and certification • Full UK driving licence • Previous PAT testing or electrical work experience desirable • Knowledge of the IET Code of Practice for In-Service Inspection and Testing desirable • Experience in commercial, industrial, or domestic environments desirable • Good problem-solving, paperwork, documentation, and risk-assessment skills desirable • Ability to adapt to various environments and client needs
