Beschreibung

• Found a brand-new product pod centered on productizing agency operations and customer data • Define the pod’s charter, strategy, roadmap, and execution from scratch • Partner with agency operations leaders to determine what should be solved by people, product, or automation • Lead discovery and delivery of integrations, customer data architecture, core platform, and workflow productization • Ship end-to-end experiences, including internal enablement and change management • Instrument the new domain and create ways to measure impact where data does not yet exist • Mentor PMs and agency team members and shape team rituals • Make product decisions in an ambiguous domain with a problem-first, analytical approach • Track AI and product trends and educate teams and stakeholders • Reduce manual effort through productization and workflow automation • Improve revenue retention, expansion, time-to-value, adoption, and CSAT • Report to the VP of Product

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of product management experience • 2+ years of AI product experience • Technical depth in integrations, customer data architecture, core platform, and workflow productization • Proven 0→1 ownership of an ambiguous, mission-critical product area through shipping and adoption • Product judgment to determine what should be built and shipped • Cross-functional leadership without authority across operations, engineering, and business teams • Desire to grow into product management leadership • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times • Preferred: experience at a small startup of fewer than 150 people • Preferred: experience productizing internal operations or building workflow/integration products • Preferred: experience in tech-enabled services or hybrid product-service businesses • Bonus: first-PM-in-domain experience • Bonus: digital marketing domain knowledge • Bonus: real estate domain knowledge • Professional references may be requested during the hiring process
