Beschreibung

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across assigned customer and partner accounts • Collaborate with customers, partners, and Account Managers to deliver business value • Conduct technical discovery calls to understand customer requirements, pain points, and infrastructure • Lead or participate in product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts • Translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions or configurations • Scope customer environments and recommend best-fit products or services • Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration guides • Deliver technical presentations demonstrating business value • Design customized solutions involving product configuration, integration planning, and API usage • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to validate feasibility or escalate edge-case needs • Produce technical proposals and proof-of-concept plans • Support RFP/RFI responses, technical questionnaires, bids, and tenders • Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to align technical value with customer goals • Liaise with Product Managers to share customer feedback and advocate for feature enhancements • Act as a trusted technical advisor and key client contact • Provide end-to-end technical and business value guidance before and during the sales cycle • Work at the forefront of post-quantum cryptography, IoT security, zero trust architecture, digital identity, and automation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field • 5+ years’ experience as an SE or technical salesperson, or equivalent and applicable experience as a product manager, engineer, tech support agent, or administrator of enterprise-grade or IT/IS software • General knowledge or background in IT and/or IS, including server administration, server OS configuration, TCP/IP networking, LAN/WAN technologies, network design, PKI, firewall management, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, and network scanners • Familiarity with cryptographic principles, digital certificates, and PKI concepts • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, and Kubernetes • Experience or familiarity with ServiceNow, GitHub, and REST API integrations • Hands-on exposure to Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting and automation languages • Experience with DevOps and infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef • Self-motivated with ability to self-direct in strategic alignment with sales counterparts • Technical, organized, and analytical, with ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative/innovative thinking • Passion for continuous learning and applying innovative solutions to complex challenges • Situational awareness and business acumen • Basic project management skills • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Fluency in English • Expected travel around 20–25%
