Beschreibung

• Lead the preparation, review, and tie-out of SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and XBRL exhibits • Draft new disclosures aligned with US GAAP and peers, prepare internal reporting materials • Prepare financial statements and cash flow statements, ensuring accurate reflection of accounting areas • Project manage quarterly reporting cycle, coordinating with stakeholders and managing requests • Liaison with external auditors for timely completion of audits • Conduct peer disclosure research considering U.S. GAAP requirements • Assist with monthly Accounting closing procedures • Mentor and develop junior accounting staff while supporting ad hoc financial reporting requests • Continuously optimize SEC reporting processes and controls • Participate in special projects as they arise

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience, including a minimum of 4 years of SEC reporting experience • B.S. in Accounting or Finance • Active CPA license strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience researching and drafting financial statements • Proficient in SEC reporting software (Workiva, Intelligize) and ERP Systems (Oracle Fusion) • Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Well-organized with excellent time management and attention to detail • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
