Beschreibung

• Lead the preparation, review, and tie-out of SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) • Draft new disclosures that are aligned with US GAAP and peers • Prepare financial statements and the statement of cash flows • Project manage quarterly reporting cycle • Liaison with external auditors • Conduct peer disclosure research and draft documentation • Assist with certain monthly Accounting closing procedures • Mentor, coach, and develop junior accounting staff • Continuously optimize SEC reporting processes • Maintain and enhance internal controls • Be an active participant on special projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience • Minimum of 4 years of direct SEC reporting experience, ideally within a 'Big 4' public accounting firm or a high-growth technology company • B.S. in Accounting or Finance • Active CPA license is strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience researching and drafting financial statements • Proficient in SEC reporting software (Workiva, Intelligize), ERP Systems (Oracle Fusion) and Excel • Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Well-organized with excellent time management and attention to detail • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
