Beschreibung

• Architect and deliver highly complex, cross-system solutions across multiple teams and platforms • Set technical direction and establish organization-wide architectural standards, patterns, and best practices • Lead development of data pathways between internal and external systems, including CRM, AI platforms, and APIs • Lead architectural review boards, design reviews, and technical governance forums • Drive multi-PI and multi-quarter technical roadmaps • Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex, ambiguous, or high-risk problems • Mentor and coach senior engineers, tech leads, and managers • Define and promote coding standards, tooling strategy, and quality processes • Identify systemic technical, operational, and organizational risks and shape mitigation strategies • Represent engineering in cross-functional strategic discussions • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends and recommend adoption • Lead technical due diligence for build-vs-buy decisions, platform migrations, and re-architecture efforts • Drive resolution of critical production issues requiring deep system knowledge and cross-team coordination • Design, implement, and improve next-generation CX orchestration platforms centered on AWS, Genesys Cloud, and Salesforce

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • 3–5 years of progressive software engineering experience • At least 2 years focused on high-scale Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), CX enterprise software, or Field Services enterprise software • Extensive experience designing and building reliable workflows and integrations in Salesforce • Experience with AWS services, including Lambda, EC2, SQS, and Kinesis • Production experience using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning • Experience with REST and SOAP web services preferred • Deep technical expertise across software engineering, system design, and architecture • Track record designing and delivering large-scale, distributed, highly available systems • Ability to influence organizational-level technical direction and decision-making • Expertise in agile methodologies, SAFe/PI planning, and scaled agile delivery models • Exceptional communication and executive presence • Experience mentoring and developing senior engineers and tech leads • Experience driving enterprise architecture standards, technology governance, or engineering best-practice initiatives • Strong business acumen connecting technical strategy to organizational and business outcomes • May require a background check • Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction will be considered in accordance with local ordinances and state law • Ability to work anywhere in the United States except Alaska
