Beschreibung

• Serve as the enterprise owner for the performance of Divert's biogas and renewable natural gas (RNG) assets across all operating facilities. • Maximize asset availability, methane recovery, gas quality, safety, and lifecycle value by partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and external technology partners. • Provide strategic technical leadership and drive continuous improvement. • Develop the long-term roadmap for gas asset performance, including lifecycle planning and equipment standardization. • Lead root cause investigations for major production losses and equipment failures.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering discipline. • 10+ years of experience supporting, operating, maintaining, optimizing, or commissioning industrial gas handling, RNG, biogas, or comparable process facilities. • Demonstrated success improving operational performance across multiple facilities. • Experience influencing cross-functional organizations without direct authority. • Experience managing OEMs, engineering consultants, specialty contractors, and technology vendors. • Strong understanding of industrial asset management, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and lifecycle planning. • Excellent communication, organizational, and business acumen with the ability to translate technical issues into operational and capital priorities.
