Beschreibung

• Support all aspects of routine MEP design projects, focusing on project deliverables and team management • Collaborate with the Project Manager to oversee schedules, track milestones, and manage workflow • Liaise with internal teams, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other trades • Maintain project documentation and organize files • Manage and distribute RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and related documentation • Monitor construction progress, maintain logs, and track contractor inquiries and responses • Assist with Revit design models and drawings, review models for quality and accuracy, and provide drafting support • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, distribute summaries, track action items, and present project updates • Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies and recommend solutions • Build relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors and coordinate deliverables and submissions • Perform quality checks on documentation, drawings, and models • Attend site visits, review existing-condition surveys, and assist with punchlists • Prepare project status reports and updates • Track and document lessons learned • Organize project records and assist with onboarding and project-specific training • Provide narrative and photographic documentation and complete project and departmental reports • Leverage AI-enabled and digital tools to improve efficiency and work quality • Complete assigned tasks and deliverables on time and on budget • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• B.A./B.S. degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline • Minimum three years of related MEP consulting experience • Intermediate knowledge of industry trends, project management, construction procedures, and best practices • Knowledge of MEP / FA / FP trades and their general requirements • Skilled in producing drawings and visual aids using Revit • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams • Skilled in project management software such as Procore • Knowledge of the Method of Procedure (MOP) process, work notifications, and protection of IT networks and equipment during construction • Ability to complete assignments accurately and with attention to detail • Ability to work successfully in a remote environment with effective communication, organization, self-motivation, proactiveness, and resourcefulness • Ability to follow company and site safety requirements • Ability to analyze and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence • Effective oral and written communication of technical and non-technical information • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with moderate supervision • Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines • Ability to plan and delegate others' work • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to travel up to 15%, potentially to any or all 50 U.S. states
