Beschreibung

• Define and build the architecture vision, standards, and roadmap for KLDiscovery's client-hosting platforms, including Nebula and Relativity environments, and supporting cloud, network, storage, and identity foundations • Lead architecture for major client-platform programs, including hosting modernization, client data migrations at scale, multi-region expansion, and storage architecture for review and processing workloads • Own cloud and network architecture strategy for client-facing platforms, including latency and throughput, data ingress and egress, region selection, and hosting-model trade-offs • Provide architectural oversight and review gates for cross-functional programs • Partner with security on tenant isolation, client data protection, audit and compliance posture, and disaster-recovery and business-continuity commitments • Lead, mentor, and develop the team while setting technical direction and improving design quality • Advise senior IT, Product, Client Services, and Sales and Solutions Engineering leaders on technology investments, build-versus-buy decisions, and architecture implications

🎯 Anforderungen

• Ten or more years in IT infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise architecture roles • Several years setting architecture direction for multi-tenant client-hosting environments at scale on Microsoft Azure • Deep expertise in enterprise storage platforms and migrations, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), data center design, and network architecture • Strong command of hybrid-cloud design, internet egress, edge/CDN architecture, and hosting-model cost and performance trade-offs • Ability to lead architecture across concurrent, cross-functional programs and establish scalable standards and review practices • Experience leading or mentoring technical teams and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority • Experience architecting disaster-recovery and business-continuity solutions for contractual client SLA commitments on hosted or SaaS platforms • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical trade-offs into business terms • Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel • Experience modernizing ITSM/ticketing platforms or other enterprise IT tooling • Relevant architecture certifications such as TOGAF or Microsoft/cloud architecture credentials • Candidate must be based in the United States
