• Support delivery and development of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award across Licensed Organisations, including schools, colleges, local authorities, charities and youth organisations • Work with senior leaders and DofE staff to ensure young people have access to a high-quality DofE programme • Build and maintain positive relationships with Licensed Organisations • Provide day-to-day support, guidance and training to DofE staff and volunteers • Develop and implement plans to help organisations grow and improve their DofE provision • Monitor performance, participation and targets using DofE systems and reporting tools • Conduct licence reviews and support licensing of new organisations • Encourage greater participation from young people experiencing marginalisation • Attend and deliver meetings, training and presentations online and in person • Support planning and delivery of regional and national DofE events • Contribute to organisation-wide projects and working groups • Support funding applications and project reporting • Help deliver the DofE Strategy and England Business Plan
• Experience building strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders • Strong communication and influencing skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent organisational and administration skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Confidence delivering meetings, presentations and training sessions • Proactive and solution-focused approach • Ability to analyse data and use information to support decision-making • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint • Live within, or close to, the Central London portfolio area • Willingness to travel regularly across the portfolio • Ability to work occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends • Willingness to undertake occasional overnight stays for meetings and events • Enhanced DBS check, including references covering gaps in employment/education • Eligibility to work in the UK • Completion of a health check
