Beschreibung

• Own day-to-day product execution and the roadmap for Doma’s refinance title decisioning platform • Define customers, value, and measurable outcomes for initiatives • Translate product strategy into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Manage and prioritize roadmap deliverables and milestones across workstreams and teams against company OKRs and capacity • Partner with engineering, data science, and platform throughout the product lifecycle • Use domain expertise, reporting, analytics, and customer feedback to improve automation and AI capabilities • Define and track product and operational metrics and own results against company OKRs • Own capability-area health, including accuracy, cost, service levels, and reuse across products • Monitor trends and identify risks, anomalies, and performance issues • Partner with engineering and operations to investigate issues and drive resolution • Create dashboards and reporting to improve transparency and accountability • Act as product point of contact for internal teams and external partners • Provide recommendations during roadmap reviews and leadership discussions • Support customer onboarding and implementation with business development teams • Document dependencies and establish feedback loops for continuous product, system, and process improvement • Shape the vision, values, and culture of Doma’s Product Team

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of relevant product management experience, including leading cross-functional initiatives for B2B, platform, data, or AI/ML-enabled products • Prior focus on delivering impactful enterprise workflow, automation, and/or machine-learning or AI products • Business acumen and data-driven and judgment-driven decision-making skills • Ability to convert strategy into a high-ROI roadmap and explain trade-offs between competing priorities • Creativity and design thinking, with ability to identify differentiated and user-delighting solutions • Strong execution abilities, proactive risk identification, and problem-solving skills • Comfort with APIs, data pipelines, and the machine-learning lifecycle, including training data, evaluation, monitoring, and retraining • Ability to evaluate data quality, accuracy, and cost with engineering and data science partners • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including communicating technical requirements and solutions to internal and external audiences • Ability to drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders and leadership • Ability to work autonomously and convert ambiguity into clarity • Experience in title, escrow, mortgage, real estate, or another regulated financial-services workflow, or demonstrated ability to learn a complex, regulated domain quickly (extra credit)
