Beschreibung

• Execute daily operational workflows to maintain delivery quality and efficiency (e.g., weather playbooks, event support, supply adjustments) • Monitor live dashboards and respond in real time to emerging issues impacting deliveries • Investigate individual deliveries or operational anomalies and escalate findings appropriately • Research local events or conditions that may impact operations • Communicate clearly and professionally with cross-functional partners to share updates or escalate issues • Follow established playbooks consistently, while identifying opportunities for clarification or improvement • Support testing of new tools and workflows, and provide structured feedback to improve efficiency over time

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred) • Experience in operations, logistics, customer support, or other structured, process-driven environments (preferred) • Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) (preferred) • Basic experience working with data or operational tools (e.g. Mode Analytics, Sigma/Looker/Power BI Dashboards) (preferred)
