Beschreibung

• Partner closely with product, operations, and support teams to design, build, and maintain the LabArchives suite of Electronic Laboratory Notebook, Inventory, and Scheduler products • Iteratively plan, build, test, and release new software features • Create and maintain a robust unit test suite • Participate in the creation and expansion of the automation test framework • Participate in code reviews, security audits, and accessibility evaluations • Apply technology expertise across systems and processes while helping grow LabArchives globally

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and 8+ years of experience • Technology enthusiast's mindset and passion for learning and continuous improvement • Hands-on experience across front-end, back-end, and database layers • Server-side development using Ruby on Rails, Node.js, or PHP; preference toward Ruby on Rails • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue • Familiarity with database design • Familiarity with object-oriented programming paradigms and functional programming paradigms • Modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development • Comfortable collaborating with team members across several departments • Hands-on experience with SaaS products in a regulated or research-focused industry (may also have) • Familiarity with automated testing tools and CI/CD pipelines (may also have) • Exposure to accessibility standards such as WCAG and security best practices (may also have) • Interest in scientific or educational technology (may also have)
