Beschreibung

• Research health plans, employers, brokers, and healthcare organizations for B2B prospecting. • Build prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles, identify decision-makers, and support outreach. • Maintain HubSpot CRM records, organize contacts, create prospect lists, and support email nurture campaigns. • Distribute press releases, case studies, and marketing materials. • Draft outreach emails, customer communications, and thank-you notes. • Proofread materials for accuracy and brand consistency. • Identify healthcare conferences, associations, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and partnership prospects. • Coordinate outreach and follow-up. • Research competitors and market opportunities, maintain trackers, and prepare weekly marketing reports for executives and the board. • Create simple graphics, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva or Figma. • Manage marketing priorities, coordinate meetings, capture action items, track deadlines, and follow up with stakeholders. • Schedule candidate interviews and work tests, track contractor deliverables and invoices, and organize shared files and brand assets.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Excellent written English, research, and communication skills. • Hands-on HubSpot experience required. • Experience with B2B prospecting, lead research, and email marketing. • Working knowledge of Canva or Figma, Google Workspace, and Slack. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. • Comfortable using AI tools to improve research and productivity, with strong fact-checking and quality control. • Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow through. • Trustworthy with confidential business information. • Healthcare marketing experience is required. • Regular overlap with U.S. Central Time (CT) business hours.
