Beschreibung

• Take complete ownership of the hiring operation • Run 5–10 concurrent pipelines for support agents, editors, assistants, and senior operators • Develop sourcing strategy per role, including headhunting currently employed A-players for senior positions • Run structured first-round screening calls using scorecards • Manage test-task logistics, offers, and reference checks • Direct the sourcing assistant handling volume recruiting • Produce a weekly hiring report covering pipeline health, metrics, and bottlenecks • Track time-to-fill, trial pass rate, 12-month retention, and candidate response SLA • Operate the existing hiring playbook during month one without process changes • Propose and ship data-driven process improvements monthly from month two onward • Recruit, specify, source, and place the first junior recruiter • Ensure screening guides improve within 90 days • Respond to candidates within two business days at every stage and maintain same-day internal responses

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years running structured recruitment yourself, including recent hands-on sourcing and closing • Built or transformed a hiring process and can show the before and after • Placements that stayed: name hires still in seat 12+ months later • ATS fluency and AI tools in daily recruiting workflow • Full CET working-hours overlap • 3+ years recruiting experience with real full-cycle ownership • In-house or embedded experience for a fast-growing company; agency-only backgrounds only if accounts were owned end to end • Experience hiring remote and international roles, ideally LatAm and Europe • Personally made 20+ hires, including failed hires and resulting process changes • At least 1.5 years at one company • Excellent written English • ATS fluency; company uses Recruitee/Tellent
