Beschreibung

• Serve as a servant-leader for Backend, Frontend, and QA/AQA teams, ensuring Agile principles and Scrum best practices are effectively implemented • Coach and mentor team members to foster continuous improvement and high performance • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives • Identify and remove impediments • Own the end-to-end delivery process for features and initiatives based on an approved roadmap • Collaborate with the Product Owner and Engineering Leads to define feature delivery plans, including scope, dependencies, and risk assessment • Monitor feature delivery progress across sprints • Manage risks and dependencies across multiple teams • Manage stakeholder expectations, concerns, and feedback loops • Lead issue resolution during sprints • Evaluate and refine delivery frameworks and Agile workflows • Maintain documentation on delivery processes, agreements, and best practices • Drive process automation and improvements • Track quality-related issues and trends with QA Leads • Ensure effective cross-team collaboration • Conduct soft skills evaluations and risk assessments during interviews • Participate in performance reviews and probation assessments • Optimize team composition and workload management • Track individual and team performance, conduct regular 1:1s, and implement performance improvement plans where necessary • Manage vacation and absence planning • Provide weekly reports on progress, risks, blockers, and key metrics • Deliver sprint reports with issue tracking, root cause analysis, and improvement actions • Prepare monthly capacity allocation reports covering feature costs and resource allocation

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience as a Project/Delivery Manager in the IT industry across multiple organizations • Proven ability to manage multiple teams of 10+ members • Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills • Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to navigate uncertainty effectively • Proficiency in Jira (Plans, eazyBI, BigPicture) and Confluence • English proficiency at B2+ level • Strong command of Russian • Experience in the Gambling industry (nice to have) • Background in product-focused companies (nice to have) • Prior experience in software development (nice to have) • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications (nice to have)
