Beschreibung

• Plan, budget, oversee, and document projects for new business implementations and existing business initiatives in warehousing and distribution centers • Work closely with clients and DSV leadership to keep projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget • Define project implementation phases, core deliverables, and timing • Operate projects under the DSV Contract Logistics Project Approach methodology and Group PMO governance • Facilitate DSV Quality Planning sessions with clients • Create detailed project schedules with milestones, dependencies, and critical-path tasks • Communicate project scope and schedules to resources and stakeholders • Hold team members, contractors, clients, and functional owners accountable for deliverables • Manage project budget, scope, timeline, and change control • Lead status meetings, capture updates, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation • Escalate issues and risks to management or the Project Board • Lead executive-level Project Board updates • Manage transition from project execution to stable operations • Assist with MS Project files for RFP responses • Improve department processes and toolsets • Provide planning, risk mitigation, team leadership, project ownership, oversight, follow-up, escalation, and status reporting

🎯 Anforderungen

• Four-year degree required; Management, Engineering, or Operations preferred • Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience • Minimum of 10 years of Logistics/Warehousing Industry experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio • Warehouse Management System(s) experience • English reading, writing, and verbal skills • Good mathematical skills • E-commerce experience, including starting up small to large volume solutions • Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures during warmer and colder months • Ability to work overtime as dictated by the business • Ability to travel domestically and internationally • PMP or other formal project management training preferred • Experience in a 3PL environment preferred • Experience in warehouse automation applications preferred • AutoCAD is a plus • Spanish is a plus
