Beschreibung

• Drive product planning and roadmap execution for data orchestration capabilities • Develop and maintain product requirements for orchestrating data across Duck Creek products, customer ecosystems, analytics platforms, AI services, and third-party ecosystems • Translate complex data movement, platform architecture, and insurance workflow needs into product priorities, requirements, trade-off decisions, and measurable outcomes • Partner with Engineering and Architecture to define scalable batch, near-real-time, event-driven, streaming, API-based, and workflow-triggered data flows • Develop requirements for reusable data pipelines, configurable data flows, mappings, transformations, validation, dependency management, retries, replay, exception handling, reconciliation, and monitoring • Define requirements for data contracts, schema versioning, event and API payloads, backward compatibility, lifecycle management, metadata, lineage, and consumer notifications • Prioritize orchestration capabilities supporting policy, claims, billing, distribution, document, regulatory reporting, analytics, and AI workflows • Partner with AI, analytics, and semantic data teams on LLM grounding, retrieval-augmented generation, feature pipelines, dashboards, reporting marts, knowledge graphs, vector indexes, and intelligent workflow automation • Evaluate adoption, reliability, business impact, latency, onboarding efficiency, reuse, implementation effort, and data trust • Collaborate with Security, Architecture, and Data teams on governance, access, observability, operational controls, and data quality • Engage customer-facing teams and stakeholders to understand implementation patterns and operational pain points • Develop product documentation, requirements, decision materials, and stakeholder communications

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, Business, Insurance, Analytics, or a related discipline • 6+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, platform product management, data product management, enterprise software, SaaS, PaaS, or related roles • Experience leading complex product initiatives or capability areas requiring alignment across product, engineering, architecture, data, customer-facing, and business teams • Experience with data platforms, data pipelines, integration platforms, workflow orchestration, data movement, APIs, event-driven architecture, ETL/ELT, data contracts, metadata, lineage, observability, or enterprise integration patterns • Experience translating ambiguous business and technical problems into structured product priorities, requirements, and measurable outcomes • Knowledge of data orchestration concepts and modern data movement patterns • Knowledge of cloud-native platforms, multi-tenant SaaS architecture, data platform services, integration frameworks, and enterprise security patterns • Knowledge of data contracts, schema management, versioning, metadata, lineage, service-level expectations, data quality rules, and consumer-driven data requirements • Knowledge of P&C insurance processes across one or more domains • Knowledge of AI, analytics, and automation consumption patterns • Skill in developing reusable, configurable, observable, secure, and operationally reliable data flow capabilities • Skill in prioritizing product work across customer needs, technical dependencies, implementation effort, operational risk, and business value • Skill in defining success measures including adoption, latency, reliability, reuse, onboarding efficiency, and data trust • Skill in analyzing complex platform and integration problems • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and build alignment • Ability to evaluate trade-offs in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments • Ability to prepare product documentation, requirements, roadmap materials, and decision records • Ability to use AI and LLM tools responsibly • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the job location • Willingness to travel 10%
