Beschreibung

• Own and evolve the product vision and strategy aligned to DIRTT’s business objectives and market direction • Balance product investments across innovation, platform sustainability, and lifecycle needs • Represent the category as the primary product point of accountability across the organization • Develop and maintain category roadmaps with clear priorities, sequencing, and dependencies • Align roadmap decisions with capacity, commercial needs, and customer value • Coordinate across related product areas for cohesive system-level outcomes • Establish product practices including discovery, requirements definition, backlog quality, and release readiness • Partner with Engineering, Design, Quality, and Operations through the full NPI phase gate process and product lifecycle • Drive alignment on scope, priorities, and tradeoffs; proactively address risks and delivery challenges • Serve as an escalation point for product decisions within the category • Oversee New Product Introduction activities and ensure quality, predictable releases • Apply customer feedback, usage data, market insights, industry trends, and competitive offerings to product decisions • Define and review product performance metrics; manage delivery, quality, and market-fit risks • Lead End-of-Life planning with the EoL council • Own Management of Change initiatives within the product line • Communicate product direction, value, and roadmap intent to internal teams and external partners • Support sales and marketing through product education and enablement

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven product management experience within complex building systems • Strong roadmap, prioritization, and cross-functional leadership skills • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to drive alignment and decisions • Analytical, pragmatic, and customer-focused approach to product management • 3–7 years of successful development and launching commercial physical products to market • Degree in Business, Design Engineering, or an MBA transition • Strong grasp of pricing strategies, market positioning, and financial modeling (ROI, margins) • Competent at managing cross-functional launch plans involving Design, Sales, Marketing, and Legal • Experience owning a standalone product or major product variant • Ability to translate customer discovery and market gaps into high-level Product Requirement Documents and multi-quarter roadmaps • Roles are safety sensitive; pre-employment testing may be required • Employment is conditional upon successful completion of a background check, where permitted by law
