Beschreibung

• Lead advanced discovery and shape strategic customer partnerships supporting expansion into the payer, PBM, and provider ecosystem • Operate between product squads and commercial teams to identify gaps and opportunities • Advocate for problems to solve with customers and potential partners • Support the Senior Director, Product on high-impact special projects • Partner with product managers to build innovative programs and tools • Identify high-impact partnership opportunities and shape required integrations or product support • Expand partnerships with PBMs and health insurers • Explore provider partnerships for enrollment and member engagement • Cultivate innovative thinking among cross-functional peers • Mentor and support other product managers • Establish best practices for tracking progress against corporate and team objectives

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of product management experience • 10+ years of a combination of market and/or product strategy, product management, general management, software development, consulting, product or business operations • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience • Passionate about building experiences that people love to use • Able to think beyond constraints to imagine new ways to enroll and engage members • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical understanding • Track record of successfully bringing 0-1 products to market • Adept at solving problems with limited resources and proactively advocating for needed resources • Strong writing and clear communication skills • Collaborative and able to drive alignment among stakeholders • Comfortable analyzing data and leading research/discovery efforts • Human-centered product development and Continuous Discovery experience a plus • Experience leveraging AI/ML to personalize products and build efficient workflows a plus • Prior healthcare company experience, especially with health insurers or PBMs, a plus • Prior provider-side integrations experience, especially Epic, a plus
