Beschreibung

• Define and evolve product strategy and roadmaps supporting Global Forwarding growth, automation, operational scalability, and customer experience • Modernize complex forwarding workflows including pricing, carrier contracts, shipment planning, booking, visibility, documents, and operational execution • Partner with engineering, architecture, data science, operations, business, and enterprise stakeholders to deliver solutions • Identify and define safe applications of AI, generative AI, agentic workflows, intelligent automation, and decision-support capabilities • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, operational observation, experimentation, and customer discovery • Translate customer, business, and operational problems into product outcomes, requirements, hypotheses, and measurable success criteria • Manage initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption, including alignment, prioritization, communication, change management, and measurement • Define product requirements and partner with engineering through design, development, testing, launch, and iteration • Establish and monitor metrics for adoption, automation, efficiency, customer experience, quality, financial impact, and business outcomes • Validate assumptions and evaluate existing capabilities to minimize wasted technology investment • Manage tradeoffs across customer value, business value, complexity, operational impact, risk, and speed to market • Evaluate emerging opportunities and technologies aligned with Global Forwarding and enterprise priorities • Navigate dependencies across products, teams, systems, and business functions • Develop understanding of Global Forwarding operations and connect technology investments to measurable outcomes • Build business cases for strategic investments and communicate value, tradeoffs, and risks • Present strategy, progress, recommendations, risks, and outcomes to senior and executive leadership • Mentor Product Managers and strengthen product management practices • Encourage experimentation, learning, evidence-based decision-making, delivery, and business results • Perform other duties as assigned according to team and/or country-specific requirements

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6 years or more of product management, technology business analysis, or relevant industry/domain experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GED • Demonstrated experience defining product strategy, prioritizing complex portfolios, and translating business problems into technology solutions • Experience leading products or initiatives spanning multiple teams, systems, or business functions • Experience partnering closely with software engineering teams throughout discovery, design, development, testing, launch, and optimization • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative information to make product decisions and measure outcomes • Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technology, operations, and leadership teams • Ability to communicate product strategy, tradeoffs, business value, and complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and move from loosely defined problems to actionable product direction • Preferred: experience with transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, transportation management systems, or complex operational environments • Preferred: experience with pricing, rating, carrier contracts, shipment planning, booking, tracking, visibility, or related supply chain capabilities • Preferred: experience delivering automation products • Preferred: experience with generative AI, large language models, intelligent automation, agentic workflows, or AI-enabled decision-support products • Preferred: experience defining requirements for AI-powered capabilities, including evaluation criteria, quality measurement, human-in-the-loop workflows, and operational guardrails • Preferred: familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation, tool/function calling, autonomous or semi-autonomous agents, and AI-assisted workflow orchestration • Preferred: experience with digital marketplaces, optimization, decision engines, or data-driven products • Preferred: Master’s degree in a listed business, finance, economics, marketing, MIS, mathematics, engineering, analytics/data science, or related field • Ability to conduct strategic quantitative and/or qualitative analysis • Ability and willingness to quickly learn complex custom applications and business domains • Critical thinking, negotiation, facilitation, consulting, problem-solving, decision-making, strategic, and analytical skills • Expert facilitation skills • Experience developing business cases, ROI models, or operational efficiency analyses • Experience in a product-led organization and applying lean product development, experimentation, or hypothesis-driven development • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to influence without authority across a large, decentralized, matrixed organization • Learning and growth mindset • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
