Beschreibung

• Lead development and execution of short- and long-term strategies for assigned Amcor Retail Private Label and Branded product lines • Own and drive product line strategic fit and profitability for existing and prospective business • Oversee and execute onboarding of new business, product transitions, and SKU rationalization • Develop product development roadmaps and technology recommendations for channel and product line effectiveness, growth, and profitability • Provide product assortment and pricing direction for new business opportunities and optimization recommendations for existing business • Assess strategic investment plans with cross-functional collaboration • Collaborate with Sales leadership on target growth • Conduct P&L analysis for new business proposals and existing business management • Manage new products, customer pricing, profit, pricing strategies, and channel conflict • Champion cost-reduction projects and manage product mix and margin erosion • Identify equipment and process technology opportunities to improve cost position • Analyze market and competitive intelligence to manage price fit, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies • Participate in customer meetings and trade events • Develop assortment recommendations and optimize assortments for existing customers • Work with Sourcing and R&D to develop options for new and existing business • Lead cross-functional efforts to manage outgoing business and SKUs • Collaborate with Marketing and Package Engineering on graphic elements for packaging and launches • Define service needs for new, changing, and outgoing items with cross-functional teams • Lead cross-functional teams managing regulatory, compliance, and quality initiatives • Develop product positioning and communication strategies and manage positioning tools

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin or related field required • Preferred 5-7 years experience in Product Management and/or Sales • Experience in product management strategy and new product development techniques • Knowledge of retail and channel strategy management • Proficiency with analytical tools for P&L and product line profitability assessment and retailer-specific scenarios • Ability to design and translate effective strategies and tactics to the Sales team • Capability to build and foster rapport with Sales and functional leadership and teams • High proficiency with MS Office applications • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with demonstrated meeting facilitation skills • Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment, prioritize and multitask • Ability to travel (10-5%)
